Nirumand Polymer Company, a manufacturer of all kinds of reinforced polymer materials in accordance with the standards and requirements and a provider of laboratory services, by adopting appropriate management approaches and evaluating and revising them in time, in order to increase the level of customer satisfaction and increase the quality of providing laboratory services, puts the following policies at the forefront of its performance:

Emphasis on the attitude of the quality management system, efforts to institutionalize the culture of continuous improvement and prevention of non-compliance in all activities and processes to achieve the set goals

  1. Maintaining existing markets and reaching new markets
  2. Increasing the quality of products and laboratory services and continuously improving their quality in compliance with the relevant requirements
  3. Increasing the level of customer satisfaction of production and test services
  4. Improving the level of competence, knowledge and skills of employees in all departments and organizational levels
  5. Reducing obvious costs, waste and wastage of raw materials, as well as increasing production capacity
  6. Increasing employee satisfaction in order to strengthen morale and promote the Nirumand Polymer company brand by creating and using a participation and motivational system.
  7. Implementation of appropriate incentive, motivational and participation systems in order to increase employee satisfaction and organizational productivity.

I, along with all the employees of the company, are committed to implementing all the requirements set in the quality management system based on the standards ISO9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 (for automotive products) and ISO/IEC 17025:2005 and the above policy expresses the main lines and direction of the organization in the field of production and providing test services in the laboratory. Therefore, for this purpose, I undertake to provide the necessary infrastructure to provide the best possible products and services in the field of production and laboratory by applying appropriate professional procedures, and with respect to the principles of confidentiality in maintaining and protecting the information and property of customers, especially in the field of laboratory, and emphasizing and paying attention to independence in the field of production and laboratory services, paying attention to the negative effect of factors that can have non-shared interests in the laboratory in opposition to production, marketing, finance, etc., an integrated quality management system In accordance with the requirements of the aforementioned standards and any type of standard or legal requirement related to the product, service and customer, identify and implement it at the organization level and pursue continuous improvement of its effectiveness.

It is obvious that the parts of this policy are considered in all activities and processes as the basis and infrastructure of the work and in order to ensure its full implementation, the continuity of the appropriateness and effectiveness of the quality system, as well as to ensure its understanding by the employees, it is evaluated in the management review meetings.
